My last TBR post was ages ago (which you can read here) so I decided not only to start over, but to also make these more of a quarterly thing. I’m a mood reader, and while these books are currently on my nightstand, I never know when the Muse might bring me something shiny and new to move to the top of the pile! To be fair I have published a book Collection since post #17… and have read quite a few that were logged on my Goodreads. Writing not so much… but I have a plan for that as well!
As an update to Post #17, I didn’t finish any of the listed books, some of which are more resource and meant to be flipped through when I’m stuck in my manuscript. I am switching gears for my fiction and reading books that are a little more on the Romantasy/Witchy side. Some of my recent purchases include:
- A Forbidden Alchemy by Stacey McEwan (my copy is so pretty! Love the sprayed edges!)
- When Women Were Dragons by Kelly Barnhill
- The Spellshop by Sarah Beth Durst (I snagged a signed copy!)
- The Vine Witch by Luanne G. Smith
For Non-Fiction, I just finished The Author Estate Handbook by M.L. Ronn which was informational, easy to read, and is a topic that was timely for me. I like his writing style, which is very conversational, and purchased another one of his books which I listed below. Here is what I have on my Non-Fiction TBR through the end of the year:
- Keep Your Books Selling by M.L. Ronn
- The Intuitive Author by Tiffany Yates Martin
- The 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins
- Atomic Habits by James Clear
What books do you have on your TBR pile right now? I would love to know! Especially if you have just read something that moved you. I am especially looking for suggestions on anything Witchy, Witchcraft, and of always, Mythology! Bonus points if it is a story about Aphrodite!
