This story is stand-alone, and while we do mention the Power Of Four world, it takes place entirely in New York City. I was inspired to write about this location from a trip I took there in 2019, and many of the locations I visited made it into the final draft. Just remember, when you get to the bit about the park bench… that was entirely my imagination and nothing else. 🙂
