Join us at Serendipity Books – Chelsea, MI
Please accept this as my personal invitation to celebrate my latest release, Roses Are Dead: A House Of Bloom Supernatural Cozy Mystery, which was inspired, in part, by my time as a small-town florist! This book signing is open to the public and signed copies of the books can be purchased the day of the event, or ordered ahead via Serendipity Books website.
Purchases are not required to stop by and say congrats, however, we would like to get a head count so please RSVP to da@dahenneman.com with number of people attending and if you would like to reserve any books. For those who can’t make it to the book signing but who wish to purchase a signed copy, they will be available through Serendipity Books through the end of November.
Roses Are Dead Book Signing Event

If you haven’t been to Serendipity Books and can make it, you are in for a treat! It is one of my favorite places to be and I’m so honored that they have me on their shelves for this launch! For a fun bit of history, this is a new location for them, having hosted a successful book brigade back in April of 2025 to move over 9,000 books around the corner and down the street from their prior location. It was such an amazing event to be part of, you can see me here in the plum-colored sweater directly behind the light pole! What was awesome about that day was the sense of community and everyone commenting on the books that came through and whether someone had read them. I got a lot of recommendations that day since luckily I was standing in an area that included other fantasy and paranormal readers! You can spy me at the tail end of this video as well when the store owner walked through the line after the last book had been moved. Still makes me tear up!
